Shipping Policy

2.Shipping Methods

• We support international shipping via DHL, FedEx, UPS, air freight, and sea freight.
• Customers may also arrange their own forwarder or nominate a logistics partner.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return Window

• Returns are accepted within 7 days after receipt of goods for defective or incorrect items only.
• Products must be unused and in original packaging.

3.Warranty Policy

• All machines are covered by a 1-year warranty from the shipping date.
• Within the warranty period, we provide free repair parts or 1:1 replacement for verified quality issues.
• After the warranty expires, lifetime technical support is available; replacement parts can be provided at cost.

• For custom/OEM orders, once production begins, cancellations are not accepted.
