1. Is the material of the aromatherapy machine safe and environmentally friendly?

Most of our aromatherapy machines are made of food-grade PP material, which has passed the international RoHS certification. They are non-toxic and odorless, safe and durable, and suitable for home and commercial use.

2. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for customized aromatherapy machines?

Depending on the complexity of customization, the MOQ is usually 100-500 units, and small batch trial orders are supported. Please contact customer service to evaluate the needs.

3. Can the capacity, appearance and LOGO of the aromatherapy machine be customized?

Support full-scale customization! Including capacity (50-1000ml), appearance color/pattern, laser engraving LOGO, etc., provide a design draft to connect to production.

4. How long is the battery life of the aromatherapy machine?

The wireless model has a battery life of about 15-30 days (depending on the capacity and mist volume adjustment), and the plug-in model can work continuously for 24 hours. For specific parameters, see the product details page.

5. What types of essential oils does the aromatherapy machine support?

It depends on the machine the customer needs. We will provide a complete essential oil solution. It is recommended to avoid using viscous or impure essential oils to prevent clogging of the atomizer.

1. How long does it take from ordering to delivery?

7-15 days for conventional products, 20-60 days for customized orders (including design confirmation, proofing, and production), and expedited orders can be negotiated.

2. Do you provide OEM/ODM services?

Yes! We provide full-chain ODM services from design, R&D to production, with 10 years of industry experience to ensure product uniqueness.

3. Can I send samples to confirm the quality first?

Sample ordering is supported (1-3 units), and the sample fee can be deducted from the subsequent bulk order amount. The freight is calculated separately according to the region.

4. Is there a tiered discount for wholesale prices?

Yes! The larger the purchase volume, the lower the unit price. There are three tiers of discounts: 100 units/500 units/1000 units. Please contact the sales manager for details.

After-sales Service

1. How long is the product warranty period? How to apply for repair?

All products enjoy a 12-month warranty. Contact the official customer service or account manager to submit the fault video/photo. After confirmation, we will provide you with a solution.

2. What should I do if the quantity or model does not match after receiving the goods?

Please take a photo and give feedback within 24 hours after signing for it. We will give priority to reissue or refund. We will not accept it after the deadline.

3. What may be the reason for the weakening of the atomization effect?

Common reasons: ① The atomizer needs to be cleaned (clean the stain with an alcohol cotton swab); ② The water level is too low/too high; ③ The essential oil concentration is too high. Refer to the manual or contact technical guidance.

4. Do customized products support returns and exchanges?

Customized products are produced according to customer needs. They do not support returns or exchanges unless there is a quality problem, but provide lifetime cost price repair services.
