• A: Just let us know the model you’re interested in. A Proforma Invoice will be issued for confirmation. Once payment is received, production will begin.

Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time:

• Bulk orders: 7–15 business days (depending on quantity and customization)

2.Shipping Methods

• We support international shipping via DHL, FedEx, UPS, air freight, and sea freight.
• Customers may also arrange their own forwarder or nominate a logistics partner.

3.Shipping Terms

• EXW, FOB, or CIF terms available.
• Shipping costs, duties, and taxes are borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return Window

• Returns are accepted within 7 days after receipt of goods for defective or incorrect items only.
• Products must be unused and in original packaging.

• Serious damage during transit (must be documented)

Non-Eligible Return Reasons

• Subjective preferences (e.g., scent strength, design color)

Return Procedure

• Our QC team will review and confirm within 2–3 working days.
• Approved returns will be refunded or replaced, with shipping cost handled case-by-case.

3.Warranty Policy

• All machines are covered by a 1-year warranty from the shipping date.
• Within the warranty period, we provide free repair parts or 1:1 replacement for verified quality issues.
• After the warranty expires, lifetime technical support is available; replacement parts can be provided at cost.
  

4.Order Cancellation & Changes

• Orders can be modified or cancelled before production starts.
  
• For custom/OEM orders, once production begins, cancellations are not accepted.
